Check out:Â A Content Strategy Roadmap
First, Slideshare is one of the best websites on the internet because it is a collection of really visual slideshows that are action-packed with very informative content that one can flip through with ease. Second. This is a great slideshow that shows the different aspects of content that you need to consider, like Substance, Structure, Workflow and Governance. This also breezes over some concepts like messaging and design, and implementing some of these aspects into their blog posts. Yes, there is a lot of pictures that are relevant, but when they get down to the meat/veggie burger in the sandwich, then it really is informative.

Check out: The Tablet Really is Killing the E-Reader by Fast Company
Why?
It’s important to know what’s happening on the world, but it’s also important to know about changing technologies that could affect how information is presented. E Ink Holdings has had it’s first loss in 10 successful quarters. Is it because of the iPad? Yes. More and more people have seen the iPad’s many functions including, an e-reader, games, internet browsing, Hi-res camera, and music. But with an e-reader, it seems like people are starting to demand more from one-function technology, just look at BlackBerry! What do you think? After the release of the newest iPad…would you get an e-reader or buy an iPad?
Blogging
Check out: The Neil Patel Method To Getting Great Blog Content by KISSmetrics
Why?
We featured a story in the previous weeks of Social Sunday about Neil Patel, because he really cranks out some great content that you should definitely take a look at. KISSmetrics covers his method of developing consistent blog content every week, and how you can use some of these strategies to do the same! This post goes through the process of finding guest bloggers that not only will write for you, but make your blog better! Be sure to research freelance writers, ask for samples, and compare them to how you write your blog to make sure it fits. I was asked for this blog to post something involving finance the other day, it just doesn’t mesh. It’s important to know what the direction of the blog is going. Planning your blog posts out by using Google Calendar as an editorial calendar can help keep your blog on track and have direction to it.
Here is the roundup for this week, if you like what you see, be sure to let me know in the comments below!
